He is currently recognized as an important painter; however, he devoted his entire life essentially to public service and architecture, not only producing and coordinating important projects in the country, but also in countries where our historical heritage is now a common one. He also dedicated himself to university education, among other important creative activities that will remain for the future. Lately he has been connected to artistic work, producing such interesting works that greatly enrich our cultural patrimony.
