She was born in Lisbon. She developed an interest in business administration and thus she started a professional life; she also works as a journalist and a broadcaster. She was co-founder and director of magazines for young people, among others. As a broadcaster and radio producer, she was recognized for her defence of Portuguese artists and music, along with the dissemination and contact with internationally renowned musical personalities. As a reporter discovered the nights of Lisbon and Fado.
