Vítor Sousa Lopes

Vítor Sousa Lopes, born in Lisbon in 1949, received industrial education. Although he has been dedicated to the exercise of technological sciences, the study and dissemination of art history and issues related to ceramics became its main objective. He is a member of several cultural associations, including the Portuguese Association of Art Historians, Group of Friends of Lisbon and Portuguese Society of Authors. He started writing in 1983. Along with collaborations in newspapers and magazines, he is the author of more than 30 books. He was a regular contributor to Revista História for several years. Lately, he has developed several works in the field of compilation and diffusion of works by Portuguese authors.
